Small Black Terrier Found in Plymouth

Found on Thursday, August 8, 2013 at Water St., Plymouth, MA. This small black terrier, approx. 15lbs was found near the Water Street Cafe in downtown Plymouth. Groomed, a little gray, appears to be well taken care of/fed etc, gentle with our dogs and us etc. No collar, unsure if there is a chip.
